These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all interactions with Team 195BPM ("we", "us", or "our"), including but not limited to: participating in our events, engaging on our platforms, uploading photos or videos, purchasing merchandise, and collaborating through sponsorships or partnerships. By participating in any way, you ("you", "your", "participant") agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

2. Event Registration

By registering for or attending any Team 195BPM event:

You confirm that you are in suitable physical and mental condition to participate in physical activity.
You release Team 195BPM, its organizers, partners, and volunteers from liability for any injury, illness, or loss sustained during or as a result of your participation.
You understand that events may be rescheduled, modified, or cancelled due to weather, safety issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be provided unless specifically stated otherwise.

3. Personal Data Collection and Use

We collect personal information such as:

Name, email, phone number, age, emergency contact
Health declarations (if applicable for event safety)
Photos, videos, and media content
Purchase and registration details

Use of data:

To organize and manage events
To communicate with participants
To process merchandise sales
To feature media content online or in promotional material
To report to or collaborate with sponsors/partners when necessary

We will never sell your data. We share it only with trusted partners (e.g., event platforms, logistics partners, or vendors), and always in accordance with data protection regulations.

4. Media Consent and Usage

By participating in Team 195BPM events or activities, or by uploading media (e.g., photos, videos), you grant us the right to:

Use your image, name, likeness, voice, and content in promotional materials, digital media, social media, merchandise, and advertising.
Edit and adapt the content as needed.

Opt-Out Option: If you prefer not to have your image used, please notify us in writing before the event or when uploading content.

5. Content Submission Guidelines

If you upload or share content with us:

You confirm you own the rights or have permission to share the content.
You agree not to submit anything offensive, harmful, or illegal.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.

6. Merchandise Sales

All sales are final unless a product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.
Sizing, colors, and designs may vary slightly from images shown.
Team 195BPM merchandise (e.g. t-shirts, wrist bands) may be available at events like the Sunday Fun Run, first-come, first-served.
Payment accepted via [UPI/Cash/Card]. All event sales are final unless the item is defective.

7. Sponsorships & Collaborations

Sponsors and partners will be acknowledged and displayed through various club assets: website, merchandise, social platforms, banners, etc.

We do not guarantee results, impressions, or conversions for sponsors.

Collaborations must follow mutual agreement in writing.

8. Code of Conduct

All participants, partners, and members agree to:

Respect others in all interactions.
Avoid harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or any harmful behavior.
Refrain from promoting unrelated or competing businesses at our events or platforms without prior approval.

We reserve the right to ban or remove individuals who violate this code.

9. Intellectual Property

All original content, including the Team 195BPM logo, branding, event titles, merchandise designs, and website materials are the property of the club.

You may not reproduce, use, or distribute any of our intellectual property without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages arising from participation in our events, use of our website, merchandise, or collaborations.
All activities are undertaken at your own risk.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website or shared via email/social media. Continued participation or engagement means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Manipur, India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Manipur, India.
